  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Monitor staffing needs for specified areas and ensure support expectations are met
  - Review and submit temporary profiles against long-term staffing needs
  - Document daily communications between site/staff in the staffing database
  - Ensure compliance standards are met before approving staff for shifts
  - Collaborate with teams to promote the development and improvement of staffing technology
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred
  - Microsoft Office Suite experience, required
  - Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills, required
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, required
  - Knowledge of applicable health system, New York State, and Federal employment regulations, preferred

  - Experience in healthcare staffing or human resources
  - Familiarity with staffing databases and scheduling software
  - Proven ability to implement process improvements in staffing solutions
  - Experience collaborating with clinical and non-clinical leaders
