  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Schedule and reassign staff to ensure qualified and cost-efficient staffing
  - Communicate regularly with unit-based leadership and staffing colleagues
  - Coordinate with patient care colleagues to optimize staff availability for shifts
  - Enter accurate scheduling and timekeeping information into software systems
  - Assist in training new staffing clerks and recommend staffing policy changes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 2 years of staff scheduling experience
  - High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  - Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Healthcare staffing experience preferred
  - Additional formal clerical and computer training desirable
