      We are currently looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to hire Direct Services staff. This might be a perfect fit for you if you enjoy communicating with and assisting field-based job candidates, being responsible for detail-oriented administrative work, AND:

      Regular Job Duties:

      • Review and screen applicants for direct care positions, ensuring all prerequisites are met
      • Conduct legally compliant interviews with selected candidates
      • Build positive relationships with applicants while promoting the benefits of AZA United and open opportunities
      • Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Team to ensure an efficient, effective, and excellent experience for those working their way through the onboarding process

      Experience & Qualifications:

      • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; college degree or professional business-related certification a plus
      • Previous experience with interviewing and applicant tracking systems highly preferred
      • Minimum one year of related experience, with at least one year in a nonprofit, human services and/or healthcare organization (knowledge of DDD Services and HCBS a plus)
      • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
      • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
      • Must be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, submit a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, car registration and meet all other hiring requirements
