      Are you passionate about building a team that makes a difference in seniors’ lives? 1776 Senior Care, LLC, a premier private pay senior care provider in DuPage County, IL, is seeking a dedicated Staffing/Recruiter/HR Specialist to join our team. Serving DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties, we’re committed to excellence, client satisfaction, and bringing joy to seniors and peace to families.

      As our Staffing/Recruiter/HR Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in hiring and retaining high-quality caregivers to support our growing client base, including part-time and live-in care services. You’ll collaborate with our Director of Client Services, Care Manager, and Client Services Coordinator to ensure seamless care delivery, while maintaining compliance with IDPH and HIPAA standards.       Key Responsibilities
      • Source, screen, and hire ~190–198 caregivers in Year 1 through job boards, local networks, and community outreach in DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties.
      • Conduct phone screens, interviews, background checks, and drug tests to ensure candidates meet our A+ player standards.
      • Manage caregiver onboarding, including paperwork, training, and certifications, ensuring compliance with IDPH and HIPAA regulations.
      • Implement retention programs (e.g., recognition events) to achieve
      • Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure caregivers are trained for both part-time and live-in roles, and with the Client Services Coordinator to align staffing with client schedules.
      • Provide monthly recruitment and retention updates to the Director of Client Services using our CRM system.
      Qualifications
      • 3+ years of recruitment and HR experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
      • Proven track record of hiring and retaining high-quality staff.
      • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency with HR software and CRM systems.
      • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (if travel required).
      • Must pass a criminal/DMV background check (no felony/misdemeanor theft convictions), drug test, and provide two employment references.
