Get to Know Your Team:

• UT Health East Texas Rehabilitation Center includes a 48-bed inpatient hospital, 14 outpatient therapy clinics, 11 cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clinics and nine Olympic fitness centers, with access to some of the most advanced therapy techniques and care available.
  

• Ensure adequate staffing to meet needs of patients
• Prepare payroll
• Make corrections, changes to UKG Dimensions Timecards and Schedules as appropriate
• Order supplies for the unit
• Assist the charge nurse with clerical duties – preparing admission packets, door tags, etc.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in hospital setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• Working knowledge of UKG Dimensions
• Scheduling and staffing experience
