What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor staffing outages and execute strategies to ensure infusion centers are adequately staffed with qualified personnel
- Communicate staffing outages with urgency to explore coverage options internally
- Maintain communication regarding staffing needs with regional nurse managers and corporate nursing
- Verify employee timecards for accuracy and labor allocation management
- Assist with department operations and expense reporting in accordance with payroll deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or recent related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage complex situations utilizing critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on urgency and accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining employee confidentiality regarding personal and health concerns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in staffing coordination or a related field within healthcare
- Familiarity with payroll systems and timecard management
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of infusion services and patient care practices
