What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling and timekeeping responsibilities for designated programs
- Allocate resource staff to units based on needs within 24-48 hours of shift time
- Handle sick calls and last-minute change requests from staff and programs
- Approve or deny shift swaps and timecard requests, communicating with staff and program managers
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Telecare's policies and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- One (1) year of direct experience in an office or administrative setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/timekeeping software
- Ability to self-manage time and meet assigned deadlines with accuracy
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one (1) year of direct experience in staff scheduling, preferably in a healthcare setting
