What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Fulfill client orders as assigned within the region
- Maintain and update orders in the system while communicating with the Sourcing and Recruitment teams
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and evaluations of field applicants
- Monitor the performance of field staff and address client needs through regular follow-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in the staffing business
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer experience required; experience with databases and automated programs is a plus
- Ability to achieve established activity and productivity metrics
- Strong communication skills for building rapport with candidates and clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions
- Familiarity with hospital file requirements and staffing processes
- Proven ability to resolve candidate and client concerns effectively
- Experience with relationship building in a business context
- Knowledge of online platforms for wellness and training programs
