nThis is your opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. As the Starbucks Manager, you will manage the Starbucks department to ensure that the department is prepared for daily operations.

nWhat youu2019ll do:
n- Hire, motivate and mentor Team Members
n- Lead, coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity and engagement
n- Resolve Team Member and customer issues as they arise
n- Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
n- Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss prevention and hold your team accountable to maintain set standards
n- Merchandise, manage inventory, schedule and be accountable for financial objectives
n- Implement initiatives that support company objectives
n- Monitor local competitors and react to local market conditions
n- Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and Vendors

nWhat we are looking for:
n- Minimum of 2-years experience in a Starbucks department with Management experience and product knowledge
n- Thorough understanding of financials with a proven track record of delivering on financial targets
n- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
n- Understanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, Food Safety and Loss Prevention practices
n- Ability to role model and inspire behaviour consistent with our values
n- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
n- Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency
n- Effective communication and listening skills
n- Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye catching displays

nWork Environment:
n- Work is performed in a store retail environment
n- Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
n- Travel is required to support off-site events
