What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the end-to-end Stars strategy, execution, and results across the assigned book of business
- Collaborate with regional and local health plan business leaders to improve overall Star ratings for Medicare products
- Perform data and program management, ensuring accuracy in Stars measures
- Monitor historical and current data trends to make recommendations and predictions
- Act as the employer's Stars program expert for both internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five (5) or more years of healthcare experience, with at least 2 years working directly in Stars, CMS, NCQA, or HEDIS
- Understanding of Stars measures, financial impact, and interpretation of results
- Experience in closing member quality gaps and provider outreach strategies
- Proficiency in interpreting results and formulating recommendations/action plans
- Strong project management skills
