The Coca-Cola Company invites you to apply for our exclusive Start Your Legacy HBCU Externship Program – a deep dive into the exhilarating world of business and innovation. Join us on this exciting journey as we blend education, professional growth, and real-world experiences into a refreshing and career-boosting 8-week adventure! Are you ready?

      Duration

      • The program begins the week of September 23rd and concludes on November 15th.
      • Participants must be available for an in-person experience in Atlanta, GA on November 14th & 15th.
      • Attendance is mandatory at virtual sessions at least 1 time per week, scheduled at a consistent time each week.

      Responsibilities

      • Commit to one hour every Friday for remote collaboration, learning sessions, and project development.
      • Apply critical thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills to develop strategic recommendations.
      • Prepare a compelling case presentation to be delivered at the in-person case competition finale.

      Requirements

      • Must be actively enrolled at an Historically Black College and University (HBCU)
      • Eligible applicants must not graduate before May 2026
      • Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field of study
      • Eligible candidates must hold U.S. citizenship or be legally authorized to work in the United States

      Pay and Benefits

      • This is a paid externship of $250 per week
      • Opportunity to compete for scholarship funds during the in-person experience.
      • All travel-related expenses covered for the in-person experience finale in Atlanta.

      Application Process

      • Availability confirmation for the in-person event - November 14 & 15.
