What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage
- Build and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with the Renaissance Customer Success team
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve district implementation
- Supervise the implementation and provide recommendations for next steps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be within commuting distance of major cities in Florida
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Solid understanding of FAST
- Experience with data-informed decision making
- Strong communication and organization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Renaissance® Products
- Understanding of how large school districts operate
- Ability to manage large, complex projects
- Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
