What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12-15 years of experience in a related field
- 8-10 years of supervisory experience
- MA/MS in a related field
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with videoconference technology
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of quality improvement theory
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to change
- 8 years of experience in healthcare, specifically improving outcomes for indigenous populations
- Ability to motivate and persuade others, including public speaking and presentation skills
