      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze state political and policy environments to share relevant information with internal and external stakeholders
      - Manage practice and physician policy committees in designated states
      - Engage with key stakeholders of high visibility and influence to maintain relationships and drive advocacy efforts
      - Lead larger department-wide projects regarding federal and state-level initiatives
      - Act as a thought partner to shape legislative landscapes positively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, business, or other relevant fields
      - 3+ years of relevant work experience; a Master's in a relevant field can substitute for work experience
      - Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high level of autonomy
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Internships or work experience in government or healthcare settings
      - Ability to travel 4-5 times per year to assigned markets, team retreats, and HQ
