The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is responsible for maintaining the historic character of Capitol Square while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in and visit the complex. CSRAB is charged with interpreting the role of Ohio's Statehouse in national and Ohio history, to celebrate its art and architecture and to highlight its ongoing impact on the daily lives of Ohioans and thereby inspire all Ohioans to participate in state government.
Statehouse Mission
The mission of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board is to facilitate the operation of state government, preserve the historical integrity of the Capitol Square Complex and educate visitors about the history of Ohio and civics.
What You'll Do:
Assists Museum Shop management in assigned store operations (e.g. opens/closes the store on assigned days; reconciles cash; conducts inventory; resolves customer complaints; enforces rules & regulations); operates POS system & provides customer service; receives merchandise; displays product; maintains mailing lists, email lists & sales records; creates emails & product descriptions for e-Commerce site; creates store signage; generates POS reports; maintains social media profile for Museum Shop (Shopify, Facebook, Pinterest, newsletters, etc.); other duties as assigned.
