      Job Summary:

      Under guidance, provide programming and analytical support for client data investigations and impact reports.

      Job Requirements:

      • Creates and executes complex SAS and SQL programs to investigate trends and data characteristics for client data investigations and impact reports;
      • Employs standardized programs where applicable
      • Performs audits of own work to ensure conformance with established procedure or to resolve routine issues
      • Develops programming documentation including approach and specifications, as appropriate
      • Under broad guidance, performs basic analyses to support business decisions
      • Requires analytical thinking, programming knowledge, and independent personal development in new technology
      • Ability to present results to internal and external customers
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      • Participates on continuous improvement projects to further operational excellence within team

      Qualifications

      • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field(s)
      • At least 2 years’ experience with data analysis
      • Working knowledge of SAS, R; SQL is a plus
      • SyncSort, VBA, and experience with PC applications, particularly EXCEL, Access, and PowerPoint are desired, but not required
      • Experience supporting clients, including strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills
      • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

      The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,900.00 - $141,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
