- Analyze and review statistical requirements provided by reporting agencies and internal customers, securing accurate data capture and reporting.
- Facilitate testing and approval of business requirements in close collaboration with business partners.
- Deliver thorough and accurate specifications for data reporting involving system functionality, rules, integrations, and workflows across all lines of business.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving issues related to statistical coding and data editing in policy and claims systems.
- Keep track of changes published by reporting agencies and states, ensuring seamless compliance and timely communication of these changes to all affected departments and business units.
- Team up with IT and other business areas to identify new solutions or alternative uses of existing technology to accomplish our data analysis needs.
- Review and interpret Property & Casualty (P&C) changes, conducting a thorough impact analysis on the business.
- Foster a learning environment by training junior members of the team, preparing technical reference documentation, and pinpointing opportunities for process improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex business requirements.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in statistical reporting, data analysis, or a related field.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Statistical Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will scrutinize and review statistical requirements, contribute to detailed business specifications for data reporting, and uphold accurate data capture and reporting. Your work will involve close collaboration with business partners, navigating through complex business requirements and contributing towards innovative technological solutions for our data needs.

Salary Range: $52,500-$91,900
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
