      As our Staying Well Hub Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive project and administrative support to the Head of Wellbeing, Occupational Health, and FTSU Lead, assisting in the delivery of key projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the successful implementation of wellbeing programmes in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

      You'll be responsible for:

      • Supporting the Staying Well Hub Team to collaborate with colleagues across all areas of the Trust to champion a culture of care and connection.
      • Supporting the Head of Wellbeing, Occupational Health, and FTSU Lead in delivering a large programme of work, including arranging meetings, capturing actions, and undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks.
      • Supporting the management of the Staying Well Hub inbox, prioritising and responding to queries.
      • Maintaining accurate records and supporting data collection for wellbeing initiatives and projects.
