Job Description
- Req#: 27667
- Install and diagnose pneumatic and DDC controls.
- Install and maintain steam heating and hot water systems, gas and electric heating systems, heat exchangers for domestic and heating water systems, chilled water, glycol and DX systems.
- Utilize skills with welding and brazing.
- Possess knowledge of BAS interface. JCI and Trane systems are a plus.

Work Schedule:
100%, day. Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Steamfitter to:
At UW Health, you will have :
Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred – Five (5) year steamfitter apprenticeship.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of service work experience.
Preferred – Three (3) years of construction/installation of mechanical systems.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – EPA certification completed within six months of hire. Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred – Journeyman certificate or equivalent experience
