Performing all tasks efficiently in assigned fill room (must be able to setup, startup, shutdown room, operate filler, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues)
Preparing fill room and sanitization materials for sterilization (e.g., filters, fill room equipment, sanitization equipment)
Completing required documentation (MBRs (Master Batch Records), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), logbooks, etc.) following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices and cGDP (Current Good Documentation Practices)
Troubleshooting and fixing minor aseptic problems with line/equipment, alerting maintenance or supervisors as needed
Review/Close-out MBRs using the MBR checklist
Review all supporting documentation and sampling documentation
Exhibiting good aseptic technique
Sanitizing fill suites and ancillary areas, per standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc.).
Preparing line/equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surfaces
Ensuring that materials needed for production runs are available and calling out any issues to group leads and supervisor when vital
Coordinating with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
12.5 hour rotating shift schedule: (4 days on, 4 days off; 6:00 AM CST – 6:30 PM CST)
