- Under the supervision of the SPD Manager/Team Leader, performs and participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment according to established standards and procedures to ensure sterile and functioning supply of materials and equipment.
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Must obtain CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution) or Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) certification within two (2) years of hire

Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers
