We’re seeking a Part-Time Sterilization and Lab Technician to join our growing team.

How you’ll make us better:

Responsible for maintaining clean instruments and workstations. Follows strict adherence to company policies as well state dental laws, rules, and regulations under supervision of Orthodontist. Assists with laboratory procedures.

• Maintain instruments and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection
• Clean and wipe chairs between patients
• Provide patient care instructions
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of the Orthodontist
• Upload records to patient software
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory following standard protocols
• Performs spore testing, maintains autoclave, and maintains sterilization logs
• Keep chairs stocked and organized
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Prerequisites for success:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board
