  Role:

  We are looking for a passionate Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This Dental Sterilization Technician are responsible for keeping the dental instruments and operatories clean, sanitized, organized and ready for use throughout the working day. As well as setting up/breaking down and sterilization of the exam rooms and surgical rooms and overall cleanliness of the office.

  This Dental Sterilization Technician comes with a starting range of $30 - $39 per hour and opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits and perks that include health, dental, and vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K and PTO, holiday pay, and more!

  Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring instruments are sterilized in OSHA standards
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Setting up and breaking down of operatories
  • Follows Exposure Control procedures/blood borne and Airborne Pathogens
  • Maintain and assist with compliance logs
  • Restocks and maintains inventory in the operations
  • Sustain office cleanliness throughout the day
  • Seats and dismissing of patients - but does not assist with procedures
  • Receive and unpack deliveries
  • Puts away supplies that is delivered daily with lead direction
  • Acquire proficiency in setting up surgical equipment
  • Report to the GM any ongoing issues

  Requirements:

  • Acquire and maintain all of the knowledge necessary to be a Nuvia Sterilization Technician
  • Work M-F 35-40 hours a week
  • Be on time and ready to work
  • Have a positive attitude, professional, and supportive spirit
  • Have a high social IQ to manage daily responsibilities Be an optimum time-manager when approaching the daily duties
  • Be a team player and always willing to offer a helping hand
  • Must have open communication and be willing to accept coaching and redirecting
  • High level of confidence in yourself and our products
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing clean scrubs daily
