- Min. 8+ years of hands-on experience in STEP/Stibo system
- Sound understanding of Master Data management concepts
- Experience with change management process
- Agile & DevOps methodology
- eCommerce / Retail / Client Domain experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communications
- Strong analytical background with demonstrated analytical and problem solving
- Readiness to learn and implement new processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Responsible for development, maintenance, and support of STEP/Stibo systems
- Development of configurations as per business requirement
- Development of Wokflow, Security access and Imports/Exports
- Work closely with business and IT manager to understand the requirement on daily basis
- Business requirement analysis, understanding and developing prototypes
- Work on Development Project
- Ready to open to work with larger project team
- Should be able to work in Agile or DevOps methodology
- Enhancement and development of new features
- Support existing system functionality
- Defect analysis and bug fixes
