• Min. 8+ years of hands-on experience in STEP/Stibo system• Sound understanding of Master Data management concepts• Experience with change management process• Agile & DevOps methodology• eCommerce / Retail / Client Domain experience• Strong interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communications• Strong analytical background with demonstrated analytical and problem solving • Readiness to learn and implement new processes• Excellent customer service skills
