- Must be an STNA on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry or newly certified CNA committed to passing the Ohio STNA Test
- Previous experience as an STNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is a plus, however we are willing to train.
- Must have a desire and passion for working with the elderly and be able to remain calm and patient with residents that may be anxious, agitated, combative or displaying other types of distress.
- Must be friendly and have a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work cooperatively as a team member and independently when needed.
- Must have the physical ability to lift and/or transfer residents with or without assistance.
- This position is also required to document the care and services in an accurate and timely manner.
Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Cincinnati, OH is currently seeking fulltime STNAs to work dayshift (7a-7p). The pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.50 per hour. There is an additional $1.00 shift differential for night shift. Pay is based off experience. You will be required to work every other weekend, and some holidays.
Limited number of PRN positions available! Minimum PRN requirements are 3 shifts per month.
The primary purpose of the State Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA) position is to provide residents with routine daily nursing and personal care services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and within the standards of safety, sanitation, departmental budget and established policies and procedures.
