What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately administer domestic and international equity award and employee stock purchase plans through third-party record keepers and consultants
- Oversee daily administrative activities and provide guidance to analyst-level team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with various teams on the implementation of new plans and administrative procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration or consulting
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Technical knowledge of administrative practices and regulations affecting stock plan programs
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and collaborative team skills
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Professional designation (CEP)
- Experience in a complex matrixed Fortune 100 organization
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Client service focus with a proven ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
