Job Description
- Req#: 367094
- Manage and monitor an effective warehouse operation in line with customer SLAs.
- Manage and plan for operational requirements against forecast and demand.
- To be responsible for and aware of the budgeted headcount for their contract and the breakdown of full and part time GXO colleagues and to understand peak periods that will require additional agency labour.
- Maintain all aspects of stock integrity and ensure ownership of activities and resolutions.
- To ensure all Inventory aspect KPI’s are met.
- Experience in conducting audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse environment.
- Previous experience within a senior leadership role in a fast paced logistics environment
- Good level of understanding & operating warehouse management system
- Excellent communication skills

We are looking for a Stock Shift Manager at our site in Sherburn. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all stock-related data and processes, providing timely and meaningful management information.This is a full-time, permanent role working hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
