What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the site manager with daily facility operations
- Answer phone inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Show storage units and prepare rental contracts for customers
- Conduct routine property maintenance and ensure cleanliness of storage units
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving items up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and use protective gear as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental agreements and property management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
