  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues with care and compassion
  - Accurately perform cashier duties, including handling cash and processing transactions in accordance with company policies
  - Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves and managing inventory as directed by the store manager
  - Support pharmacy personnel and assist with pharmacy shifts as part of career growth opportunities
  - Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance customer health journeys
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be at least 16 years of age
  - Ability to remain upright on feet for extended periods
  - Capable of lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
  - Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and visual inspection
  - Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
  - High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
