- Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of a four-floor retail space and staff areas, ensuring all areas meet luxury standards
- Perform routine cleaning tasks on a structured daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedule, including but not limited to:
- Dusting and polishing surfaces
- Cleaning display cases, windows, and mirrors
- Vacuuming and caring for carpets and stone floors
- Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in high-touch and client-facing areas
- Respond quickly to urgent cleaning needs (e.g., spills, smudges, unexpected messes)
- Assist with light organizing or stocking duties
- Ensure all cleaning is done to the highest standard, in alignment with the aesthetic and operational needs of a luxury retail environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required
- Keen eye for detail -- you notice what others don't
- Dependable and proactive -- you take initiative and anticipate needs without being asked
- Discreet and respectful -- you understand the luxury retail environment
- Comfortable with repetitive or meticulous tasks and able to perform them with consistency and care
- Open to feedback and direction -- we take the small things seriously and hope you will too

- Part-time position with regular daily hours
