What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth of company-owned auto parts stores, increasing customer base, sales, and profits
- Promote the entire line of products and programs to wholesale customers
- Collaborate with local Store Manager to develop sales plans and proactively manage leads
- Identify specific customer needs and align solutions with product offerings
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing problems, complaints, and inquiries in person or by phone

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in retail or outside sales
- Proven ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
- Understanding of basic selling skills including preparing for sales calls and managing customer meetings
- Capability to present information effectively in group settings
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years

- Bachelor's degree
- Background in the automotive industry
