      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in a structured 16-week training program to prepare for a Store Manager position
      - Communicate effectively to support and lead team members in customer care duties
      - Execute merchandising strategies to enhance store sales growth
      - Manage store inventory and assets to ensure profitability
      - Engage with colleagues and leaders in key learning experiences to foster development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of a college degree
      - Retail management experience or experience as a Supervisor at the employer
      - Willingness to accept promotions within the designated market
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

      - Demonstrated leadership skills in retail or customer service environments
      - Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related setting
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in inventory management and sales strategies
