What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with team members to support and lead store operations
- Provide exceptional customer care to enhance service levels
- Implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth
- Manage store inventory and assets to ensure profitability
- Engage in Key Learning Experiences to prepare for promotion and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a college degree
- Retail management experience or experience as a supervisor in a retail setting
- Willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

- Experience in a leadership role within a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate a team
