      About The Role:

      Workplace Arrangements:

      This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home 5 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.

      Accountabilities:

      • Provides operational dashboard reports (shrink, operational, sales and margin) reports designed to identify opportunities / exceptions by store.
      • Analyze, and prepare data in order to successfully implement new processes across the store network that will maximize efficiencies and cost savings.
      • Analyze multiple projects and prepare all data in order to provide ROI/benefit to the business that supports chain level roll out (stand up freezers, queue lines)
      • Ensure data accuracy and provides recommendations to allow for optimal decision making on various activities affecting store profitability.
      • Be a Giant Tiger advocate and community leader.

      Knowledge and Skills:

      • Minimum High School Diploma
      • Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and AS400/Profound
      • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
      • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
      • Ability to communicate virtually on a regular basis, and participate in calls via MS Teams.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Bilingual (English & French)
      • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field preferred
      • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience at Giant Tiger (preferably in stores)
