      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Project Manager to staff, train, and schedule team members for all projects
      - Verify store plans with site conditions to ensure compliance with specifications
      - Coordinate installations of shelving, interior graphics, POS, and promotions
      - Maintain cleanliness standards both inside and outside of the store
      - Provide timely updates to the Impact Store Project Manager and ensure final walk-through is completed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of previous retail experience with store setup, planograms, or store changeovers
      - Retail or people management experience
      - Strong time management skills and a high sense of urgency
      - Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all levels
      - High School Diploma

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Retail or construction project management experience
      - Courses or degree in Business or a related field
      - Background or passion for the automotive industry
      - Familiarity with NAPA Know How
