Job Description

Hours of work:

• Monday - Friday - 42.5 hours total a week.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren’t afraid of digging in hard to get things done. You thrive on teamwork, and morale is a big priority of yours because you love it when the team is humming.

What will you be doing?

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Following the service standards
• Ensuring that all items for dispatch are packaged according to the set standard
• Ensuring the accuracy of contents for each dispatch item
• Monitoring the store transfer report on a daily basis and ensure transfer requests are fulfilled
• Maintaining the courier register on a daily basis and courier tracking information
• Assisting with reconciliation of weekly reports as required

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time
• A passion for helping others and your tea
• An interest in tech
