JOB SUMMARY:
This is a position in the Information Services Program of the Department of Revenue. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory control records. Coordinates the receipt, inspection, and distribution of supplies. Conducts physical inventory of stores items on a periodic basis. Inspects and organizes warehouse areas for space utilization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Coordinates the loading and packaging of supplies for shipment by truck and commercial carriers. Reviews weekly computer printout for low stock items and prepares purchase order requests for stock level accounting. Monitors accountability and control of all expendable and consumable materials. Assist Publishing Services Internal Print with cutting, folding, and binding of documents. Performs related work as required.
