      Position Overview

      Under direction supervision, performs manual labor and routine clerical record keeping tasks when storing, shipping, packing or shredding recipient case records or files received from various offices of the Department of Human Services; maintains updated records of cases received, shipped, stored or purged; indicates name, number, and date of action taken and by whose authorization.

      Essential Functions

      • Receives, inventories and organizes all material to be stored.

      • Lift and removes files and case records from storage up to 50lbs, that are to be destroyed.

      • Fills requests for files and case records from various department offices, scans and uploads case materials into electronic case record.

      • Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerate above.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years high school.

      Conditions of Employment

      • Requires ability to lift over 50lbs.

      Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch.
