- Design and refine storyboards for first-person action sequences, enhancing the cinematic experience.
- Partner with the creative team to align storyboards with the game's narrative and artistic vision.
- Emphasize camera work to elevate the storytelling and visual impact.
- Convey mood, pacing, and action effectively through detailed storyboards.
- Incorporate feedback from the Art Director and team members to refine storyboards.
- Ensure visual style and storytelling consistency throughout the project.
- Demonstrated experience as a Storyboard Artist in the gaming or film industry.
- Ability to work quickly in 2D animation and storyboarding with a strong focus on shot-based sequences.
- Strong understanding of cinematic techniques and camera work.
- Knowledgeable about composition rules such as the rule of thirds
- A robust portfolio highlighting expertise in first-person perspectives and action sequences.
- Proficiency in using storyboard software and tools.
- Deep understanding of camera work and cinematic techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
