  Inviting applications for the role of the STP Senior Category Buyer - Domain Trainee - German – Remote Poland

  Goal of the position: STP Senior Analyst - Category Buyer with German is responsible for the conscientious performance of duties.

  Responsibilities
  • Creating and updating master data (PIR/SL)
  • Order support (PR/PO/POA)
  • Processing of shopping carts (Shopping Carts)
  • Processing of the discrepancies between invoice and order (incl. GRIR)
  • Close cooperation with EMEA Strategic Sourcing & Packaging Solutions Organization including responding to queries, preparing necessary analysis, coordinating tasks and various activities requested by organization
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers through the efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues.
  • Interoperability and effective cooperation with the team, supervisors, other departments of the company and Business Partners.
  • Effective cooperation with EMEA Strategic Sourcing & Packaging Solutions Organization (Category and Sub-Category Leads and other stakeholders).
  • Support a supplier rationalization plan for the category and identify strategic suppliers on quality, service, technology, and price (incl. OTIF, SOTIF, spend analysis etc.).
  • Reporting changes and addressing potential improvements in processes to Manager / Department Manager and timely documentation update.
  • Achievement of all the established goals both individual as well as whole department ones according to the operational metrics.
  • Continuous improvement of the quality of performed duties in accordance with received trainings.
  • Active support for audits and compliance with the principles contained in the document SOX.
  • New team members support and delivery of trainings to other team members, departments, and customers.
  • Leading or participation in Lean Six Sigma project or other cross Team projects/ initiatives.
  • STP end to end process knowledge and application in daily duties.
  • Handle first level escalations.
  • Independent handling transition related task in and outside of GSC.
  • Representing STP independently outside of GSC in Wroclaw / sharing best practices with other GSCs.
  • Compliance with the established order, procedures and time, in accordance with work rules.
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation in the workplace.
  • Adapting all the client ethic rules to daily work.
  • Support for Category Buyers.
  • Acting as Supervisor/ Team administrator backup.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

  • Experience in the area of purchasing

  • SAP or another program to support procurement processes,
  • Excel,
  • Knowledge of English and German language,
