Drive execution of communication activities for the transformational activities within the HR organization including executive talking points, town hall presentations, coordinating leadership offsites, create intranet articles and content, building and designing intranet pages and SharePoint sites, writing, coordinating and editing communications for senior leaders in HR.
Lead strategic communication efforts for organization reporting changes and HR programs such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Management, and Facilities.
Write strategic communication to audiences at different levels of the organization, and tailor the messaging accordingly.
Engage with your customer to analyze their environment and develop and implement strategic communications plans that enable the organization to communicate their key messages to their stakeholder audiences across available channels.
Work in a hands-on way with internal stakeholders (including change management and project leads) to develop ideas and messaging that highlight ongoing or upcoming projects and initiatives.
Partnering with broader Communications team to help align enterprise communications and enhance the creative storytelling aspects of the assigned work.
Manage the internal flow of key information between HR functional teams, comms and change management teams.
- Productivity tools: MS SharePoint, OneNote, PowerPoint, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet
- Creative tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Communication tools: MCloud, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Zoom, MS Teams, Content Management Systems
You have 10+ years of experience driving internal communications strategy within a high-achieving and fast-paced organization, ideally with experience supporting large transformational initiatives that involves people and culture
You can easily translate "HR speak" to a more general language fit for a broader audience
You have successfully developed and executed communications plans that contribute to delivery of business outcomes, as well as a solid grasp of change management communications practices
You shine as an executor, bringing your superior skills including communications planning, writing, storytelling, research and audience insights to help build comprehensive communication strategies that work
You are a persuasive, influential and savvy communicator who organize and prioritize well, have a high sense of urgency, and meet deadlines
You are comfortable navigating a highly matrixed enterprise environment and collaborating across many stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal
You anticipate needs and are flexible in adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
You collaborate well with others and consistently demonstrates professionalism, maturity, integrity, and inclusiveness

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$144,630.00 - $176,770.00Your Benefits Start Day 1
