- Develop digital marketing strategies that utilise relevant insights, channels, and assets to reach campaign objectives.
- Conduct situational analyses including current and previous campaign performance to inform and drive digital strategy direction. Ensure that post campaign leanings are delivered timeously and extracted for future strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis for relevant Lines of Business/Segments to understand share of voice, share of spend, strategies and trends to inform strategic choices.
- Define target audiences and their current/future needs to determine smart marketing objectives and tactics aimed at meeting digital marketing ambitions.
- Develop a digital channel plan, creative matrix, and campaign timing plan.
- Develop detailed understanding of digital marketing measurement as well as evaluation standards including Performance parameters.
- Develop and lead the collection and usage of data (1st, 2nd & 3rd party) to inform new campaigns, targeting parameters, audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders by being the subject matter expect on best-in-class digital marketing strategies to achieve communication and sales objectives.
- As the lead liaison, you will be responsible for briefing relevant stakeholders and obtaining necessary approvals for campaigns and relevant milestones.
- Managing costs to ensure alignment with planned budgets and marketing return on investment.
- Ensure all relevant processes, documentation and reporting is created to operationalize the digital marketing strategy.
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Paid platforms i.e., Google Marketing Platform (GMP),: Google Ads, DV360, and Social Platforms
- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion and funnel effectiveness.
- Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics and the likes.
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns.
- 3-year Marketing Degree
- 5+ years digital campaign and performance management experience
- Demonstrable experience with building effective digital performance marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DV360 etc.,)
- Direct experience managing paid social media advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok & Twitter etc.,
- Experience in application of landing pages best practices and CRO.
- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
- Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.
- Desire to be a digital thought leader and influencer to the growth and culture of a unique experiential business.
- Must be willing and able to make data-driven decisions and function in a ROI driven environment.
- Continuous test-and-learn mentality.

Job Description
Key focus of the role:
We are looking for a Strategic Digital Campaign Manager with experience in creating digital marketing strategies and executing them on relevant platforms. The Responsibilities include conceptualizing digital marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and optimising campaigns to achieve business objectives. There is an emphasis on strategy management and implementation on paid media channels such as, Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video advertising.
The role supports all paid media strategies for our SME division and Group Marketing to deliver across various Digital Marketing requirements. You will serve as the liaison between multiple teams in the organisation and partner agencies to manage end-to-end campaign strategy, including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting whilst ensuring that campaign delivery is on time, on budget and to campaign standards & targets.
A solid understanding of the principles of performance-based marketing and conversion rate optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with digital marketing strategising, implementation, paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI. Success in this role will be measured by online channel ROI and impact to business objectives.Digital Strategy
