What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of annual P&L budget, cash flow budget, and 5-Year Plan
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, Accounting, and Executive teams for regular reporting and presentations
- Analyze marketing and pricing strategies, including promotions and competitive landscape
- Analyze operational processes and performance to drive success across the portfolio
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional partners to identify risks and opportunities for the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of corporate finance, strategy consulting, or FP&A experience
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, mathematics, or finance preferred
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to offer opinions on business initiatives and financial performance
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up-like environment
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with executive-level presentations
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning and accounting systems (Hyperion, OneStream, JDE, D365) is a plus
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a plus
