      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the integrated clinical financial planning, reporting, and operational initiatives for the organization
      - Develop and implement enterprise financial planning and business applications to optimize financial performance
      - Create financial projection analyses aligned with strategic initiatives for senior executives and managers
      - Utilize data systems to quantify financial and operational benefits and prioritize finance-related efforts
      - Support strategic performance management programs to drive sustainable changes across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in a health system-based environment with decision support systems or relevant financial analysis
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic healthcare setting managing funds flow for clinical operations
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software and skilled in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Knowledge of healthcare market regulations and university medical center policies
      - Experience with hospital budgeting and cost accounting systems such as Strata
      - Familiarity with benchmarking platforms like Action OI
      - Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
