What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development of financial and operational reporting and strategic analysis for private equity-backed companies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of forecasting models and performance management capabilities
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and private equity teams, to manage and execute engagements
- Develop actionable plans to meet expectations and consistently communicate results to stakeholders
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and data management tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance or consulting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in applicable technology and willingness to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate FP&A, or as a Sales/Ops Finance Analyst within a middle-market private equity-backed company
- Intermediate knowledge of BI tools or data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong business acumen
- Experience presenting finance concepts to support analysis and decision-making
