- Work with SVP of BDI to set and achieve OKRs and key results, laddering up to collective team revenue goal
- Collaborate with A+I Operations, Special Events, Research, Individual, and Institutional Giving Teams to ensure cohesion and critical transparency within the team at large
- Work with Directors of Strategic Partnerships and the Lincoln Center Campus Fund to implement FY24 and FY25 strategies
- Support the SVP of BDI with calendar management, internal team communications, running weekly team meetings, agenda curation, internal presentations, and more
- Possess 10+ years of relevant experience and a flexible approach to working with a team of optimistic, strategic, fast-paced, self-starters with ambitious goals and every intention to achieve them
- Are a culture carrier, prioritizing the well-being and efficiency of the team, upholding team values and mission in all that we do and all that we strive to achieve together
- Have a genuine passion for the performing arts world, corporate social responsibility, ESG, civic leadership, the greater New York City community, accessibility, and, of course, creative fundraising
- Nurture a strong network unique to you and your background that will contribute to new and dynamic ways to the work that we do as a team
- Carry a positive, can-do attitude with the know-how expertise and finisher attitude, consistently taking on new projects and seeing them through, closing the loop
- Can simultaneously stay close to important details and reach high-level milestones, supporting the team at every level and focusing with leadership on the overarching goals
- Possess excellent relationship management skills, often representing the BDI team and VP both internally and externally
- Are highly organized regarding management of tasks at hand and priority communications - responsive to all in a timely fashion; can manage many workstreams and tasks at once, leveraging the right support when needed
- Enjoy making connections amidst a complex matrix of internal leads and external partners
- Think several steps ahead, anticipating the needs of the team with regard to core mission, A+I cross-team needs and expectations, and needs of the SVP
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to draft internal and external communications efficiently and quickly on behalf of the SVP of BDI

Position : Strategic Initiatives Director
Team: Business Development & Innovation (Advancement & Innovation)
Role Overview: Reporting to the SVP of Development & Innovation, the Strategic Initiatives Director will function as a core partner to team leadership and will be a critical driver of the team’s overall mission and success. This position will support the SVP with team communications, workflow, organization, strategy, and core goals. This individual will work most closely with members of the Business Development & Innovation team while cross-collaborating with other team leads to maintain the latest information and workflow implementation, communicating it regularly to the team allowing all to optimize accordingly. The role requires a high-level, strategic thinker who can seamlessly project manage complex initiatives, partnering with team leads to effectively complete projects and cross the finish line. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate and connect the dots across functions in the A+I department at large as well as cross-departmentally, integrating key learnings and best practices within the BDI team.
Communications: The ideal candidate will have incredibly strong communication skills and will partner with the SVP to create internal meeting materials that are demonstrative of the team’s progress, goals, and accomplishments. These presentations will have audiences inclusive of the BDI team, the A+I team at large, the entire organization (i.e. All Hands), constituent partners, or governing committees.
Culture: A critical focus for this role will be around culture creation and team building, both top priorities of leadership organizationally and of the BDI team. This role will drive the cadence and strategic purpose of weekly team meetings as well as additional key annual meetings such as the team off-site. We will focus on furthering our team’s connected dynamic as the team grows with new hires in FY24 and beyond, prioritizing the unique culture of this fast-paced, high-energy team.
