Global Marketing responsibility for ophthalmic surgical product for the cataract market: you will create strategic positioning statements for a product/ product category based on a situational analysis, customer insights and value proposition with your project team and agencies
Development, definition and steering of product launch plans: lead and act as a key coordinator for defining product launch plans for products in alignment with all stakeholders along the project chain
Development, definition and steering of annual Marketing plan for ophthalmic surgical product: lead and act as a key coordinator for preparing and monitoring the progress of annual Marketing plans for the products and procedures under your responsibility. Coordinate commercialization initiatives for individual markets based on approval timings
Internal and external collaboration: you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful execution of the growth plan for our surgical portfolio and increase global market presence
Successfully completed university degree (e.g. in marketing, business administration, life sciences) or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience as a marketing manager, product manager, strategist, project manager, or consultant in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related industries. Experience in Ophthalmic industry is a plus
Knowledge of B2B(2C) strategic marketing and product brand development based on buying processes, growth opportunities, customer insights and other strategic tools
Hands-on experience defining, planning, and designing project plans and conceptual designs with internal and external stakeholders
Curious and fascinated by understanding customers and their deep motivations
Ability to present strategic projects and long-term vision in an effective and inspiring manner, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
Motivating personality, able to prioritize and communicate clearly, and understands how to drive alignment within the organization to achieve excellent team results, with a collaborative approach
Strong English proficiency, fluency in other languages a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (10-20%)
