      Primary Function: This position is within the Digital Power line of business, which is part of the Energy Management business. Digital Power leads the Digitalization and Decarbonization of electrical distribution with offers in Software, Power Monitoring, Power Quality, Protective Relays and Distribution Automation. Based in Schneider Electric Nashville hub (Franklin, Tennessee) reporting to the Digital Power VP Strategy & Marketing Chapter Leader, the Strategic Marketing Manager will support key strategy & market analysis activities at line of business level (LoB), and play a leading role in defining & executing our strategy & value proposition for electro-sensitive segments (especially Cloud & Service Providers segments), collaborating with segments organizations, commercial organization and other line of businesses. Main Responsibilities: The analyst will work on 3 different pillars across the year, with evolving weight / focus depending on priorities throughout the year. C&SP segment leadership for Digital Power Refine our strategy & existing value proposition on Cloud & Services Providers segment: Bring strong market perspectives on trends, customer needs, technology and competition to better understand / calibrate our relative market positioning & strategy for the segment. Collaborate with DP leagues and group C&SP segment team to align DP product roadmap (hardware, software, systems and services), business models and GTM to segment needs Support Global marketing / DP Marcom team in building all the C&SP related Marcom assets required Establish governance & routine to drive strong alignment between leagues / segment and commercial teams and support our medium to long-term growth ambition on this segment. Market Intelligence In coordination with all leagues and chapters of the line of business, support (or drive depending on topics) LoB level marketing intelligence activities: e.g. market studies, competitive intelligence, segments / customer personas analysis, technology watch etc. In particular, be responsible for all the market watch activities related to other electro-sensitive segments (e.g. Life Sciences, Semicons, EV battery manufacturing etc.) Contribute to M&A activities of the LoB by leading related strategic & market analysis, in collaboration with leagues marketing leaders, potential targets and supporting the target qualification process. Lead ad-hoc market analysis on Digital Power existing markets, when required. Strategy Projects Lead / support ad-hoc strategy & transformation projects to be delivered by the chapter across the year. Examples of topics to be potentially covered: long-term growth strategy projects, portfolio analysis, market assessment etc. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product management or strategy in a corporate environment Strong business acumen acquired through combined strategy and marketing experiences, with a preference for a wide knowledge of different end-user segments (e.g. C&SP and/or other electro-sensitive segments) Ease with complex and abstract technology and business model concepts Experience with fundamental marketing concepts, tools & best practices Ability to understand technologies and how they can be deployed to gain competitive edge Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey technical and marketing concepts simply and effectively (Proficient use of Power Point required) Strong quantitative skills:; comfortable working with numbers and quantitative analyses (Proficient use of Excel required) Collaborative & driven team player Good interpersonal skills Open-mindedness, actively listens & values others' views and strong willingness to learn Ability to connect with people easily, capable of working & collaborating across multiple diverse geographies & cultures Fast-learner, proactive & self-starter with ability to execute in a fast-paced & constantly evolving global environment Let us learn about you!
