- Managing existing partner relationships with pharmaceutical companies
- Developing and executing business development strategies and action plans
- Researching and identifying new partnership opportunities
- Proposing business deals and partnerships
- Preparing quotes and proposals for partners
- Negotiating high-stakes deals
- Analyzing business development opportunities and strategic decisions
- Reporting on partnership program results
- 2-3+ years in investment banking or strategy consulting, plus 1-2+ years in a startup or pharmaceutical company
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree; MBA optional
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude with adaptability to shifting priorities
- Attention to detail with swift execution
- Ability to self-serve, investigate, and gather data effectively
- SQL experience is a plus

Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Nimble is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to manage and develop partnerships with pharmaceutical clients and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role involves working closely with our CEO and leadership team to expand Nimble's footprint.
